Randy Pausch
I've added a link to an informational website regarding the condition of Professor Randy Pausch. For those of you not familiar with him or his situation, he has been battling pancreatic cancer and the outlook for him has not been all that good. However, his particular outlook on life is one to be admired by all. Watch this video of his "last lecture" and you will understand why he has changed so many lives and in particular, mine.

After reading this post and watching the vid. i can say it was an eye opener and made me think back on what was my childhood dream and though there were many the one that stuck out was becoming a famous singer and bringing joy and entertainment to many people. Now obviously 'm not famous but... i am a singer and i have brought joy and entertainment to many people all over the country and hopefuly soon to many places all over the world. I can honestly say i have reached my childhood dreams granted without the fame but again i think "what with the crap going on about Britany Spears and her family and many other celebrities.. i don't think i care at all for the fame as long as i'm making people happy right?" So looking back on that and realizing it i'm glad you poset this and i will have to look this Randy Pausch fellow up since he lives not to far from me, assuming he hasn't yet lost his battle. I have lost a friend to the same sickness and it was sad and painfulto watch her go. I don't know this man and yet he has touched me so!! I only wish him and his family the best and thank you for introducing me to him! So thanks!!
